Edinburgh-based property investment specialist SRA Ventures has agreed a 10 year lease deal for a sprawling industrial unit in Linlithgow.
SDL Fulfilment Ltd was selected by Shaf Rasul-owned SRA from several interested parties to take over the 598 square metre warehouse and adjacent yard at an initial rent of £60,000 per annum.
SDL – a fulfilment and storage company serving several significant internet retailers – is looking to expand its footprint in Linlithgow and earmarked the unit in Mill Road Industrial Estate as being ideal for its widening needs.
Located close to the M9 motorway, the high quality fitted out property enjoys excellent transport links to both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Managing Director of SDL, Ben Swainson said: “This move makes huge sense for SDL. The location is perfect for us and the greater capacity that this unit offers is representative of our growing ambitions. When it came on the market, we knew it would make an excellent fit, and we’re now looking forward to fully realising its benefits across the next decade.”
SDL was previously based at E-Net Park, also owned by SRA, where all properties are now let.

SRA was advised on the transaction by Keith Watters and Joe Helps of chartered surveyors Graham + Sibbald
